Please either have someone answering phones or have it go to voicemail or an answering machine. Every time I have tried calling, it rings 4 times and then I am blasted with the high pitched noise you get from FAX machines.

Everything was ine.

This visit was great, however, my visits haven't been consistent. First visit they cleaned my windows, checked my tires, clean my headlights, changed the oil and checked my other fluids. Second visit, they didn't check my tires or clean my windows....until another guy noticed that they hadn't been cleaned and he cleaned, but tires weren't checked and there was no windshield wipe fluid two days later when I needed it (I thought that was one of the fluids they put in, but I may be incorrect?). Last week everything that I think is included in the service was done. Just think consistency would be good. I realize we forget sometimes, but if you offer a service it should all be done. I have recommended you and will continue to do that...but I want to be assured that everything gets done.
