Love this car, we also own a 2001 Hyundai Tiburon and decided to buy another Hyundai after the great years we've had with our Tiburon. What can I say about this car it's amazing, if your considering it then you've probably already read all the incredible reviews out there on it, all I can say is hot hot hot. Save yourself some money though and just buy the 2L it's got 217 horsepower and trust me that's more than enough, I got on the highway with a Porshe the other day and he decided to try and pass while I pressed down on the gas and boom gone in my rear view. Also the 2L comes with all season tires we're the 3.8L doesn't and if you live somewhere with winter (I live in Ontario Canada) the rubber it comes with does pretty okay (winter tires and rims run around $2600 for this car).
The ride can be a little rough at times, but hey your buying a sports car not a luxury sedan.
The only other problem I've had is with the stereo system and it snapping and resetting itself I've had it replaced twice (I have the premium package), I've found a few others with this problem but with a 5 year waranty I'm not to concerned, but I hope Hyundai address's this issue.
If your thinking about buying this car buy it, you'll love it.
