The car was brought back to ha   . . . . .   
The car was brought back to have stains removed from the seats of a new car this is the 3rd time they tried to clean it
and asked me to bring it back yet again. I met with the general manager who arranged for a complete detailing and
offered other compensation to make sure that I was happy. Very refreshing to see a company make sure that their customer
satisfaction was completed.

Car was left for a whole day t   . . . . .   
Car was left for a whole day to have an auto starter and trailer wiring done per sales agreement and also get
re-detailed . The auto starter had no paperwork or instruction manual, the placement of the antenna was 3 inches from
the top left windshields instead of the edge or hidden completely. The hitch wiring is assumed to be done correctly
because I haven't hauled my RV yet and the detailing is better than the first time but nothing that I would have paid
for as there were light scratches left by the drying cloth having particles on it. Also they had from 9am-5pm, I left
the dealership at 7 PM, two hours after the allotted time. Again, nice people with poor time management..

I think that your selling proc   . . . . .   
I think that your selling processed needs to streamlined as to get the customer out of the showroom in 2 hours. I think
that all staff needs to be on the same page with the same training and that the customers shopping experience should be
memorable and not frustrating. There are too many people involved in the selling process, too many steps. The car
detailing was bad, but the salesman has arranged to have it redone. Lastly the odometer reading was misrepresented and
even though we reached an amicable agreement, its reeks of improprieties and less than ethical standards. When returning
to Jones Jeep to cancel my extended service, even though the Jeep was purchased at Thompson. They handled the
cancellation in minutes, no pressure to buy a car and invited me to have my car washed. I believe you have good people I
think their pedagogy is out of sorts. A re-look a your sequence of sales events should go under scrutiny and the
customer experience should be paramount. I liked my sales rep I think he was ham stringed by the dealerships internal
systems.

We had a very pleasant experie   . . . . .   
We had a very pleasant experience. Mike our salesman was very knowledgeable and helped us with everything. Rick in
finance was also very helpful. I would definitely recommend Bel Air Honda. I had a Honda Civic LX for 12 years and
loved it! I know I will love my Honda Civic EX just as much.
