  • Cons:
"I am very happy with the car I purchased but extremely dissatisfied with the manner in which the sales took place. I was shopping for a good car at a good price point. The car I purchased was in fact being sold at a fair value. The untruthful statement made by the Sales Manager were unnecessary and very disappointing to say the least1) He told me he was selling it $1,000 over his cost. IWhy would that matter to me. The car was already set at a fair price, no need for not telling the truth. Sometimes less is more. 2) I requested an extended warranty. He offered to sell it at $100.00 over his cost. I offered to pay $200.00, because I felt that was fair. He ended up charging me full retail plus $200.003) I requested they powder coating the wheels. Average cost $300 to $500 for (4) wheels. He charged me $800.004) I desired to pay cash for powder coating. He insisted I increase the sale price by $800.5) I changed my mind on the powder coating and now he says he can't reimburse me my $800Good dealership, good people over all, but BAD FIRST TIME EXPERIENCE"
